I’m trying to make a nice little health drink out of many vegetables and fruits, any tips?
Been formulating this concoction for weeks, I definately cannot say much for its taste but I’m trying to get as many necessary nutrients inside it as possible (and create a drink I can use as a threat whenever someone in my club doesn’t work hard enough) *laughs evily*
So can any of you think of any vegetables I can add to it? I’ve got the basics listed below:
Carrots
Celery
Bell Peppers
Spicy Peppers (for that torturing effect >:) )
Cucumber
Broccoli
Cabbage
Corn
Green Peas
Green Beans
Raw Spinach
Raisins
Blueberries
Apricot
Onions
Habenero (I really don’t have to tell you what this is for
)
Fennel
Any other ideas?

Strawberries?
Ocra
if you really want to torture them, add a potato or two…

Throw in a clove of garlic. It can lower cholesterol and prevent colds.

I don’t see brussel sprouts on this list and those are the worst.

Your sick! Why would you do that to a person, that is degrading and if they are allergic to anything it could be harmful. If you own something you may want to check with your insurance agent, they will probably tell you not a good idea. After all it isn’t a fraternity

You need to add a shot of wheat grass and some beets. Power boost!
