What fruit’s will give me maximum Vitamin’s and What vegetables are the most beneficial for health?
I am a 20yr old male person, I would like to eat the most healthiest of Vegettarian food, So please help me with the list of the most healthy food for our bodies which help in growth, eye sight, calcium etc etc, I wish to give my body all the nutrients and maximise my health

It depends upon exactly what sort of vegetarian you are. I am lacto-vegetarian which means I still eat dairy products. Dairy can provide you with a lot of calcium.
It would take a lot of space to describe the whole nutrition spectrum but you can do pretty well with fruits and vegetables by eating the most highly colored.
In terms of protein, nuts are great and on a weight basis contain as much protein as meat (about 25%).
